Had a sandwich and some coffee on the bus while watching ”Sunday with Ola” on YouTube. A good way to start the day. I then spent the next few hours in the tiny backstage room doing absolutely nothing. Grey and bleak in Hamburg, I don’t want to do anything today.
Sounded great at soundcheck. This whole in-ear monitor thing has been a real turning point. I can hear myself (and everyone else) much better, as a result we play much better.
Had some Thai chicken stew for dinner. Really good. And coffee.
Tonight’s show was sold-out and it was amazing! And what a crowd!
Afterwards, chill on the bus and sleep.
