After a mostly uneventful day off, it’s nice to be back. Zeche is the name of the venue. Last time I was here was…(wait I have to look it up) on November 21st 2001. I played with Therion and Evergrey was support! Almost to the day 23 years ago. Jeez….
Best venue coffee so far. Really good. Changed bass strings today, too. Feels good to play stainless steels again after a couple of years on nickel strings. These Rotosounds have more bite and more grip, too.
Currywurst for dinner. Of course. Watched some Ricky Gervais stand-up before our gig.
Fun show today, good size stage, lots of happy people. All in all, a good day.
