Day 19 Denver

Woke up at 3am. A bit early. Tossing and turning for, what felt like, at least an hour.

Weird to sleep in a bed that didn’t move. And it was so quiet.

For breakfast I had an avocado smash toast and coffee. Quite good. Shower. Very nice.

Ah, there it is – the Indian Retribution! I have a feeling we are not done with each other.

No dressing room today, so we have to be on the bus. Which is fine.

So tired today, for some reason. The thinner air, perhaps? ”Denver sits exactly 5,280 feet (1,609 meters)—or one mile—above sea level, earning it the nickname the ’Mile High City’”. Googled it.

Went for a short walk. This is a depressing neighborhood. Run-down, vacant houses. Homeless people. I’m sure there are better areas in Denver, this is not one of them. Really makes you appreciate what you have.

Another Heavenly Ham session today. Their Original Sandwich is amazing.

Had to lie down for a while.

Show was great! Lots of Evergrey shirts in the audience.

But, man, this felt like the longest day ever! I’m completely drained. This will be an early night.
