Woke up late. Made a pot of coffee. Remembered that I had a Heavenly Ham sandwich left from yesterday.
Didn’t really do much today. Went for a walk with Tom. Beautiful part of the city, this.
Soundcheck was good. Turned up my bass in my in-ear monitors ever so slightly. Heather’s husband and son came to visit today. Nice to get some sense of normalcy on tour.
Dinner was amazing! Italian meatballs with ravioli. Felt like a proper home-cooked meal.
Show was good, but kind of weird. Venue is a theater, which means a sitting audience. That, plus the lights were very bright, made it feel like we were playing in a school auditorium.
After the show, Heather’s husband Justin brought pizza. The saviour of the day.
