Couldn’t sleep. Think I fell asleep at 6:00 in the morning. Woke up at 14:00. Felt a bit dizzy, thought I’d take a short walk, get some air and buy some socks.
Took a shower. Walked back to the bus with Simen. Anxiety started to come creeping up on me. Day-offs are good for bodily recovery. However, it really screws up my routines and daily structure. And sitting around doing nothing is not good for my mental health. Took my meds and went to bed early. Tomorrow will be good.
Highlight of the day: the Christmas tree in the hotel lobby.
