Flying to China today. The check-in was messy, but we had one stewardess walk us through security all the way to the gate. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have made it.
Good food on the plane. I had fish and rice. Saw a martial arts movie, Blades of the Guardians.
Straight from the airport to the venue for setting up and soundcheck. The Shanghai skyline is beautiful in the evening. Arrived at the venue 30 minutes before doors. So, set up all the gear and soundcheck in half an hour? Yeah, riiiiight….
A powerbar and a Red Bull for ”dinner”.
Fun show. Sweaty. Not a ton of people.
Actually DID get some real after the show. Proper, authentic food. Really, really good.
We walked back to the hotel, but it was the wrong one, so we walked some more. At the hotel by midnight. Shower. Bed. Lobby call at 4:30am. Yay…
